I'm an associate food editor at Saveur magazine in NYC. Before that, I was a freelance chef, and spent time developing and testing recipes for Saveur, Bon Appetit, and various cookbooks, as well as teaching classes and cooking for private clients. Several years ago while in culinary school, I discovered I suffered from a gluten intolerance. Now I focus on creating and adapting gluten free recipes for everyday cooking.
